I’m a Senior Service and Strategy Designer working at the intersection of service design, agile delivery, and organizational alignment in complex B2B environments.

About Me

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, and HR technology, designing digital products and services for large organizations. Through these projects, I began to see that many challenges labeled as “UX problems” were actually rooted in the structure of the organization — in how teams collaborate, how processes flow, and how decisions are made.

This realization shifted my focus from designing individual interfaces to understanding and improving the service systems behind them. Today, I use service blueprinting, systems thinking, and visual storytelling to help organizations make complex service ecosystems visible, align stakeholders, and design meaningful transformation.
